In 2011, Grotberg Electric and Nordick Electric merged operations and Nordick Electric became a division of Grotberg Electric, Inc. Nordick Electric has offices in Wahpeton, ND.
In 2017, Grotberg Electric expanded its service area to include Northern Idaho. Opening a branch in Hayden, Idaho.
